Accessibility of sights
Unfortunately, most TOURS do not offer full accessibility given the age of the visited historic sites and are thus unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. People with reduced mobility should be accompanied by at least one person who is able to give active assistance when necessary. This also applies to boat tours.

Hotel Pick-Up
For certain tours our pick-up service is available from selected hotels all over Vienna.
Depending on the location of the hotel, the pick-up service will be between 30–75 minutes before the tour departure time. Please enquire at your hotel reception desk regarding the pick-up time and the possibility of a pick-up.Please note: pick-ups can only be guaranteed if you book 24-hours in advance.

Lost & Found
For items you have forgotten on our bus, please contact us at: [email protected] or call +43 (0)1 712 46 83. If it is possible, we will gladly deliver the found item(s) to a place agreeable to you.

Loss of the pass
If an unused Flexi PASS is lost, VPG Vienna Pass GmbH must be notified immediately. We strongly recommend making the notification in writing to have proof of notification. After receiving proof of identity, the lost pass will be blocked to prevent misuse. A replacement pass will be issued to the pass holder against payment of a processing fee of €10.50. Every pass holder must store their Flexi PASS in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties. If the pass holder forgets the pass, no admission will be granted and no reimbursement will be made.

Payment methods
Payment can be made online at our website www.viennasightseeing.at by credit card. Your data will be encrypted and not accessible to others. We accept following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Our prices are in Euro and include 10% VAT.

Privacy and data protection
VPG Vienna Pass GmbH processes the pass holder's personal data received (in particular: full name, address, and the type, date, time and scope of services received [“data”]) and the data obtained during the use of the Flexi PASS for the purposes of service provision, service settlement with individual contractual partners (sights or attractions) and service optimisation.

Tour Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the tours on short notice where this is necessary or expedient due to circumstances beyond our control (such as road closures because of events or demonstrations or weather conditions). Such changes may affect the selected schedule but also the route. If this happens, our staff will inform you as soon as possible.
