Discover nature & wine in Vienna's outer districts with the HOP ON HOP OFF - GREEN LINE!

The GREEN LINE of the Vienna Sightseeing Tours HOP ON HOP OFF buses takes you away from the usual tourist destinations. From the Votive Church in the city center, the tour takes you to the outer districts of Vienna. Drive past the impressive Liechtenstein Palace to the Schlumberger Cellar Worlds, where you can take part in a guided tour of Austria's oldest sparkling wine cellar at the weekend. You can also visit the House of Strauss, where there is an exhibition about Johann Strauss and an original concert hall that is still in use.

The next stops are in the “Grinzing” district, famous for its wine-growing, where there are a large number of wine taverns, winegrowers who serve their own wine and small dishes. The district is very village-like and shows what Vienna's suburbs used to look like.

From Grinzing, the bus takes you up the hill to Cobenzl. Cobenzl is a popular vantage point from which to enjoy the city of Vienna from above. A restaurant invites you to linger and an adventure farm offers fun for the whole family. And all this within the borders of Vienna.
The route then leads back to the city center via Grinzing.
