Enjoy the highlights of the city center and the Danube with the HOP ON HOP OFF - BLUE LINE!

Travel on the Blue Line along the Ringstrasse past the Vienna State Opera, the Museum of Art and Natural History and the Hofburg, the former residence of the Habsburgs. Other magnificent buildings such as the Parliament, the Burgtheater and the City Hall invite you to marvel. Passing the Votive Church, the route then heads towards the Danube Canal. From Schwedenplatz station, it is worth taking a walk along Rotenturmstraße to Stephahnsplatz with the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral.

From Schwedenplatz, the blue line continues past the Kunsthaus Wien towards the Prater with the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel as a highlight. Stroll through the green Prater or have fun in the city's amusement park known as the “Wurstelprater”. You pay for each attraction individually, so you can experience the hustle and bustle of the park free of charge.

We continue to the Danube. In the Danube Park is the Danube Tower, from which you have a beautiful view of the whole city. In addition to the viewing terrace, there is also a café, a restaurant and a slide at the top. Water lovers can make a stop at the “Alte Donau” station and go swimming in one of the numerous Danube pools or hire a boat.

The journey continues past the Vienna International Center, better known as UNO City. This is where the UN has one of its four global headquarters.
Via the Danube Island, a popular recreational area in Vienna, the tour returns to the Prater and back to the city center.
