War mobil per Smartphone erst in mehreren Anläufen möglich. Telefonische Unterstützung des Hilfecenters war super und führte zum Ziel.

Trop de monde dans l’autobus.
Peu d’espace pour chaque passager.
Horaires qui se terminent trop tôt le soir.
Au 2e étage les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas alors ce n’est pas possible de bien voir la ville.
Nous n’avons pas apprécié le tour pour le **** payé.

Schlechte Taktung (lange Warteizeiten), ungemütliche und harte Sitze, schlechte Klimatisierung, USB-Anschluss funktionierte nicht, Fahrer fuhr viel zu schnell und fuhr gegen einen Kantstein

The frequency of buses needs to improve as well as the timeliness. Perhaps an app which can interactively give the location of buses and bus stops would be great.

Dass man trotz onlinebuchung noch immer einen Ausdruck des Tickets braucht

Die Fahrten (rote, blaue ind gelbe Linie) sind sehr schön, kurzweilig und abwechslungsreich.
Der audioguide ist klasse und informativ.

Leider hat der ausgewiesene und beworbene Audioguide für Kinder nur bei einer von drei Fahrten funktioniert. Trotz Nachfrage bei den Fahreren und einer Stationsmitarbeiterin konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden.

It was so easy to go online and order our tickets. Then we just showed it at the first bus we got on.
