The pass for 5 sights is perfect to discover the most important things during your stay in Vienna.
Se você tem um ritmo mais lento e quer economizar, vale bem a pena.
Porque no merece demasiado la pena por la diferencia de precio
Good value for miney, and allows you to skip the line in some locations
Great value for money, and you get the additional perks as well like skipping the line etc..
The worst city pass I've ever used.
First, we made a purchase online. The instructions on how to use the FlexiPass aren't well written, which led to a LOT of problems for us. It gave the impression that in order to receive just a physical card, we would need to go to their ONE office in Vienna between 9 am to 12 pm.
After purchasing, we made our way to the nearest stop for the hop on hop off bus. When the bus arrived, the driver told us his bus is another company (Big Bus) and that we needed to go down the street to the bus station to get the bus for the Vienna FlexiPass. We spent so much time looking for the exact stop once at the bus station, and finally found one tiny mention on a stop sign but without any bus schedule! Unlike Big Bus, the bus with the Vienna FlexiPass also doesn't have any app, runs on several different circuits instead of 2 larger ones, and only goes to each stop about 5 times a day, all of which are pretty frustrating.
Then once we made it to another attraction to use the pass, we showed the person at the counter the QR code but she had no idea what it was. She was kind enough to call around but couldn't find any explanation. This is when I read the PDF again and realized that we absolutely HAD to go to the single office in Vienna between 9 am and 12 pm to get a physical card. And this was at 3 in the afternoon on the only day we could use it, since we were leaving the next day. I was absolutely furious. What is the point of selling a product like this online, when customers still need to go to your office and pick up a physical card?! Why not do what customers who pay online expect: a PDF with a QR code that can be used at the attractions of their choice. We went to another attraction and the person at that counter didn't have any idea either. Your partners should all know exactly how your card works!
On another note, why not make the FlexiPass for sale at all your partners’ locations, or at least allow them to give customers physical cards when they purchased it online?
At least your customer service kindly refunded us. But if we had known all the trouble this caused us, we would have just paid the actual entry price for the attractions.
I imagine you probably get complains similar to mine quite a lot, so it’s probably time to rethink the way your FlexiPass works.
Vienna is beautiful also just by strolling. You dont have to see by force all attractions. Depending on the budget a couple of flexipass selections will be just fine for a short trip to Vienna.
Online muss man beachten wo man den Flexi Pass kauft. Da gibt es massive Unterschiede.
Nul ! Nous avons l'impression qu'on s'est fait arnaquer !!
Schade, dass man beim Onlinekauf erst zur Staatsoper muss um den Voucher einzulösen. Umständlich! Wir fragen uns, warum dann online?
The pass was good, and most importantly I could skip the queue and go directly to the attractions
Nice in Wien, Schònbrunn, Hofbrun
Wszystko super . Polecam .
Bought Flexipass for 5 sights for me and my 2 kids. Have only good things to say. 1) I didn`t have to cramp sights in to 24 or 48 hours 2) they had an online offer at that moment and the price was good 3) Junior Flexipass was up to age 18, so I didn´t have to worry at what sight my 15 y.o would be considered as an adult and where as a kid 4) it was cheaper than paying for the sights separately and you don´t want to buy always tickets beforehand from internet, so Flexipass gave me leverage room
I used the3 visits option and saved a lot of money...the tools provided made it easy to decide where to go and see
