Schönbrunn Palace- Grand Tour

At the end of the 17th century, Empreror Leopold I commissioned the baroque  architect  Bernhard  Fischer  von Erlach to build a palatial hunting lodge. Later, during Maria Theresia´s  reign, Schönbrunn Palace became the imperial  summer residence  and the glamorous  centre of court life.

Useful Information:

Today, the baroque palace  and gardens are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Austria´s most -visites tourist attraction.

The Schönbrunn Palace is open on public holidays!

daily 9:30 - 17:00 

Entrance fee: adult 22€ / children 15,00 €

Please note: There is no fast track entry at Schönbrunn Palace. You will get a free ticket  with your fixed time slot at the ticket counter in the Group Center of the Arrival Center Schönbrunn.
