Dear SEGWAY Tour Guest, we are happy to welcome you at Vienna’s first and only officially authorized SEGWAY^® Sightseeing Tour. In addition, we would like to share some important information about the tour with you – please read the information below carefully:

Booking: 
Due to limited number of participants we strongly recommend to book your ticket in advance.

Meeting Point:
All participants will meet at 1.45 pm in front of the State Opera. Our licensed tour guide will welcome you personally. We kindly ask you to be on time. 

Duration 3 hours:
Our Original  CITY SEGWAY TOUR® is operated daily from April 1^st to October  31th 2012. It starts at 2 pm and will finish at 5 pm. Those three hours will include a 30minute SEGWAY® Safety Orientation Training on which our tour guide will make you familiar with the SEGWAY® Human Transporter.
May & June daily & July, Aug. & Sept. Fri., Sat. & Sun. also 09:45.

Safety Information:
It is very easy to ride the SEGWAY® Human Transporter – nevertheless every participant has to comply with the following requirements:
 Tour Guest has to be 12 years or older, has to be capable of standing, walking and climbing stairs without assistance
Minimum body weight is 45 kg (100 lbs) - maximum body weight 113 kg (250 lbs)
The participation on our SEGWAY® Sightseeing Tour is at your own risk

Route:
On this tour you will get to see a wide range of the major sights of the city of Vienna. Our licenced tour guide will take you along the Ring Boulevard, the State Opera, the Imperial Palace and its gardens, the Parliament, the City Hall, the National Theatre, the University, down town Vienna around St. Stephan’s Cathedral and then back to the State Opera along the City Park and the Ring.

Weather:
The tour will take place in any kind of weather. In case of rain we will supply you with rain coats free of charge. 

Helmet:
On this tour it is compulsory to wear a helmet. At the beginning of the tour we will hand out a helmet to everybody. There is a helmet available in every size.   

Cost:
The fee for the tour is Euro 70,-- incl VAT. Please bring your booking confirmation (voucher) and a valid identification card. 

Cancellation:
A free cancellation of your ticket is only possible within three days (72 hours) prior to your requested tour. Within this term we are unable to return your ticket fee. Furthermore we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot return the ticket fee within the above mentioned term of 3 days in case of bad weather, illness, late arrival, delay of airplane/train etc.   

Recommended Equipment:
           please wear comfortable and sturdy shoes
           warm clothes if necessary
           sun glasses, sun protection if necessary
           bring along your camera
           valid Identification Card !!! IMPORTANT !!!

Please bring along only light luggage. Each SEGWAY® is equipped with a small bag only, though big enough for your camera, glasses & small bag – but too small for suitcases, laptop-bags, shopping bags, etc.
